Welcome to The SPINE Magazine: the first ever digital magazine launched by The Varsity Publications. This aesthetically pleasing and interactive magazine explores four different themes: Anatomy, Core, Nerves and Power, featuring stories, personal essays, photography, poems, podcasts and fine art from talented students and contributors from the University of Toronto. Prepare to lose yourself in the infinite scroll of great writing and engaging visuals; sink into the words that will bring out both the familiar and strange feelings you never thought you had; and experience a spectrum of insights, from the mysteries of science to the complexities of body image—that will amaze you, trigger you and empower you, all at the same time. This is truly a MAGnificent project and I am so honored to have been part of it. I hope you enjoy reading this masterpiece as much as I did illustrating for it.
